The abandoned Capitol Theater, West Columbia, Texas –

The West Columbia Theatre was opened in 1937, and was designed by architect Ernest L. Shult. By 1941 it had been renamed Capitol Theatre.

The current sale paper says that It is for sale at $125,000 with about $50,000 in repairs needed.

It still has the neon on the sign. It is said to still possess the lobby and two ticket windows can be seen.
